# The Doozy Dashboard

> Where admins create, schedule, and manage everything Doozy does.

The **Doozy dashboard** at [doozy.live/app](https://doozy.live/app) is where admins, managers,
and creators set up everything - quizzes, surveys, introductions, tracks, celebrations,
and more. Your team still receives and answers everything in Slack, but you build and
schedule it all from the web app.

***

## Signing in

1. Go to [doozy.live/app](https://doozy.live/app)
2. Sign in with Slack, Google, or email (depending on your workspace's
   [sign-in methods](/admin/sign-in-methods))
3. You'll land on your dashboard

If you haven't connected Doozy to Slack yet, see
[Getting Started with Doozy](/getting-started/how-to-add-doozy-to-slack).

## Finding your way around

The dashboard menu groups everything by feature:

| Section | What you do there |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Quizzes** | Build quizzes and schedule them to your team |
| **Surveys** | Create polls and surveys, then send and review results |
| **Icebreakers** | Set up icebreakers and daily trivia |
| **Introductions** | Run coffee chats and new-hire introductions |
| **Tracks** | Build multi-step workflows for onboarding and training |
| **Celebrations** | Automate birthdays and anniversaries |
| **Time Off** | Schedule announcements of who's away |
| **Settings** | Manage members, integrations, billing, and security |

## How creating works

You build each activity in a **visual editor**. Its settings appear as chips you can
expand - content, recipients, schedule, and feature-specific options like scoring or
notifications. Many editors also offer **AI-assisted generation**: describe what you
want and Doozy drafts it for you to refine.

**Quizzes** and **surveys** work a little differently: you build the quiz or survey
once as reusable content, then schedule it separately - so the same quiz can be sent
to different audiences at different times.

### Choosing recipients

When scheduling any activity, you pick recipients from:

* **Channels** - post into a Slack channel
* **Individuals** - direct-message specific people
* **Groups** - members of a custom or HRIS-synced group
* **Managers / direct reports** - target managers or the people who report to them
* **New hires** - automatically reach people who recently joined

### Choosing a schedule

Most activities can run **once** or on a **recurring** schedule, at a time of day in
the timezone you select. The exact recurrence options vary by activity type.

## Where your team sees it

Doozy delivers everything to your team **in Slack** - they receive messages, answer
quizzes, and join introductions there. The dashboard is the admin side; Slack is the
member side.
