# Breathe

> Connect Breathe to Doozy via Merge.

## Overview

To connect Breathe, you will need to provide the following information:

* **API Key**

## Prerequisites

* You have Administrator permissions in your company's Breathe instance

## Step 1: Find Your Production API Key

  <Step title="Click 'Settings' in the panel that opens." />

  <Step title="Click 'API Setup' in the bottom right." />

  <Step title="Click 'Enable API' if you haven't already done so.">Agree to the terms that appear on the subsequent screen.</Step>

## Enter Credentials into Doozy

<Note>You must be a **Doozy admin** to connect an HRIS integration.</Note>

  <Step title="Go to the Doozy web app.">Navigate to [Workspace Settings](https://doozy.live/app/settings/workspace) → **Integrations** → **HRIS**.</Step>

  <Step title="Choose Breathe as the HRIS you want to connect." />
