# Darwinbox

> Connect Darwinbox to Doozy via Merge.

## Overview

To connect Darwinbox, you will need to obtain the following information from your Darwinbox representative:

* **Username**
* **Password**
* **API Key and Dataset Key** for All Active Employees
* **API Key and Dataset Key** for All Inactive Employees

## Prerequisites

* Contact your Darwinbox representative to request API credentials

## Step 1: Contact Your Darwinbox Rep

    * Username
    * Password
    * API Key and Dataset Key for All Active Employees
    * API Key and Dataset Key for All Inactive Employees

  <Step title="Request that the following fields be enabled for their masterapi:">
    These fields enable Doozy to access employee data such as name, department, job title, start date, and more.
  </Step>

## Enter Credentials into Doozy

<Note>You must be a **Doozy admin** to connect an HRIS integration.</Note>

  <Step title="Go to the Doozy web app.">Navigate to [Workspace Settings](https://doozy.live/app/settings/workspace) → **Integrations** → **HRIS**.</Step>

  <Step title="Choose Darwinbox as the HRIS you want to connect." />

  <Step title="Enter the Username and Password." />

  <Step title="Enter the API Keys and Dataset Keys for active and inactive employees." />
