# How to Connect Freshteam

> Learn how to connect your Freshteam account to Doozy

## Overview

This guide will walk you through connecting your Freshteam account to Doozy to sync employee data.

## Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:

* Access to your company's Freshteam instance

## Credentials Required

* **Subdomain** - Your Freshteam subdomain
* **API Key**

## Steps

### Step 1: Find Your Subdomain

Your subdomain is the prefix in your Freshteam URL, between `https://` and `.freshteam.com`. For example, if your URL is `https://acme.freshteam.com`, your subdomain is `acme`.

### Step 2: Find Your API Key

1. Log in to Freshteam
2. Hover over your profile image in the top right corner
3. Select **API Key** from the dropdown menu
4. Copy the API key

## Enter Credentials into Doozy

<Note>You must be a workspace admin to connect an HRIS integration.</Note>

1. Navigate to [Workspace Settings](https://doozy.live/app/settings/workspace)
2. Click **Integrations** in the sidebar
3. Select **HRIS**
4. Choose **Freshteam** from the list of providers
5. Enter your **Subdomain**
6. Enter your **API Key**
7. Click **Connect** to complete the integration
