# Kallidus

> Connect Kallidus (formerly Sapling) to Doozy via Merge.

## Overview

To connect Kallidus, you will need to provide the following information:

* **Subdomain**
* **API Key**

## Prerequisites

* You have access to your Kallidus account with Integrations permissions

## Step 1: Find Your Subdomain

Your subdomain is the first part of your Kallidus URL. For example, if your URL is `company-name.saplingapp.io`, your subdomain is `company-name`.

<Note>Do not enter the full URL - just the subdomain portion.</Note>

## Step 2: Create an API Key

  <Step title="Open 'API Keys' and click 'Create New Key'." />

  <Step title="Copy the API Key and give it a name." />

  <Step title="Click 'Save'.">
    <Warning>The API Key is only shown once. Make sure to save it securely.</Warning>

## Enter Credentials into Doozy

<Note>You must be a **Doozy admin** to connect an HRIS integration.</Note>

  <Step title="Go to the Doozy web app.">Navigate to [Workspace Settings](https://doozy.live/app/settings/workspace) → **Integrations** → **HRIS**.</Step>
