How does billing work?

Answers to billing FAQs.

Doozy charges on a per-active user basis, meaning you will be billed for each member added to your account. Your billing cycle will depend on the plan you choose, but you will be charged monthly or annually in advance.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payments made through Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Log into your Doozy account and navigating to Settings -> Billing. There, you will be able to view all of your previous invoices and payment receipts.

We use Stripe to securely handle our payments, billings and subscriptions.

If you are a VAT/tax registered business, you’ll be able to enter your business name during the checkout process and this will appear on your invoices.

If a payment fails, we will automatically attempt to charge your payment method again. If the payment continues to fail, your account may be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid.
