Doozy uses flat-rate pricing based on company size, so there are no per-user fees. Core covers up to 350 employees, Scale up to 1,000, and Enterprise pricing is custom. You’re charged monthly or annually in advance; annual billing saves 10%. Customers on older per-seat plans keep their existing terms.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payments made through Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Log into your Doozy account and navigating to Settings -> Billing. There, you will be able to view all of your previous invoices and payment receipts.
We use Stripe to securely handle our payments, billings and subscriptions.If you are a VAT/tax registered business, you’ll be able to enter your business name during the checkout process and this will appear on your invoices.If you have any questions, get in touch.
If a payment fails, we will automatically attempt to charge your payment method again. If the payment continues to fail, your account may be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid.
