By default, team members can sign into Doozy using Slack, Google, or email (magic link). Admins can restrict which methods are available.
🔐 Available Sign-in Methods
| Method | Description |
|---|
| Slack | Sign in with your Slack account |
| Google | Sign in with Google (GSuite/Workspace) |
| Email (Magic Link) | Receive a one-time login link via email |
⚙️ Restricting Sign-in Methods
To limit which sign-in options are available to your team:
- Go to doozy.live and sign in
- Navigate to Settings → Account
- Under Allowed sign-in methods, select which options to enable
- Click Update team
Restricting sign-in methods applies to all team members. Make sure everyone has access to at least one enabled method.
🎯 Common Configurations
| Use Case | Recommended Setting |
|---|
| Maximum flexibility | Enable all three methods |
| SSO-only (Google Workspace) | Google only |
| Slack-first teams | Slack only |
| No third-party auth | Email (Magic Link) only |
If your organization uses Google Workspace or Slack Enterprise Grid, restricting to that single method can simplify access management.
