To manually add a user to a track, follow these steps:
  1. Go to doozy.live/app and open Tracks.
  2. Select the active track you want to add a user to.
  3. Choose Manually Add User(s).
  4. Select the users you want to add to the track.
  5. Click Save.
Once saved, the selected users will be immediately added to the track, and the steps within the track will begin processing for those users.

Enrollment options

When you manually add people, you can override two of the track’s timing settings for just this group:
  • Catch up on overdue steps - starts from the track’s own catch-up setting (on for most tracks). When someone is added after a step’s send time has already passed, the passed steps deliver right away, in order. Turn it off to start them fresh on the track’s next run day instead. See catch-up.
  • Run every day - off by default. Deliver on any day, including weekends, ignoring the track’s run days for these people. Useful for testing a track over a weekend or an urgent enrollment.
These choices apply only to the people you add in this action; they never change the track’s own defaults.
