Set up individual introductions - Doozy Help

Individual Introductions connect one person with a set of colleagues: perfect for onboarding new hires or building cross-team relationships.

Setup

Go to doozy.live/app and open Introductions
Create a new introduction and set the type to Individual
Configure the settings below
Click Schedule to launch it

Configuration

Setting	Description
Who to introduce	Select the person receiving introductions
Introduce to	Choose who they’ll meet (see destinations below)
Schedule	Send now, or pick a date - one-off or recurring
Meeting duration	The default meeting length
Auto-schedule	Optionally have Doozy book the meeting automatically within a chosen window
Message	Custom intro message sent to matches

Destinations

Destination	Description
Specific People	Hand-pick individuals
Channel Members	Everyone in a Slack channel
Groups	Team or department (HRIS required)
Manager’s Direct Reports	Their manager’s team (HRIS required)
Manager’s All Reports	Full org under their manager (HRIS required)

Matches receive a DM in Slack
They pick a time using calendar integration
They meet via Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, in person, or another location of their choice
