Open Mentoring, then select a program. It has four tabs: Settings, next to Pause and Archive at the top of the program, opens the program’s settings. It has four sections:
  • General: the name and description, who can join (Joining), Mentorship length and Access.
  • Profile questions: see Profile questions.
  • Track: see Track.
  • Matching: see Matching.

What needs you

The Overview tab opens with a Needs you list. A row only shows when there is something to do. When there isn’t, it says Nothing right now. Mentorships needing review only show when you hold new mentorships for review. See After matching. Remind all reminds up to 100 mentors and 100 mentees at a time. Select it again for the rest. If you can only view the program, the rows show View instead of Review and Remind all isn’t offered. Under the list, a line says that Doozy matches automatically as people answer, and whether new mentorships wait for your review or are introduced in Slack straight away. It also shows when matching last ran and how many new mentorships it made, with a link to the matching rules. A program that isn’t active says that matching starts once it’s active (or resumed).

Five numbers sit below. Select Waiting for a mentor, Ongoing mentorships or Open places to open the people or mentorships behind them.

Pause, resume or archive a program

Program admins have buttons at the top of the program: Pause and Resume, Activate for a draft, and Archive. An archived program is read-only and can’t be reopened.
