Subscription FAQs

Answers to subscription FAQs.

You’ll need to be an admin of the account to access/modify billing

  1. Sign into doozy.live

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Click Upgrade your team

  4. Pick between monthly and yearly billing and your preferred currency. Then click Upgrade your team!

  5. You’ll be taken to our partner Stripe who securely handles our billing. Fill in your details, and if you’re a business make sure that you add in your Tax ID. Then hit Subscribe 🙌

  6. Success! You’re now on our team plan. We’ll invoice you monthly or annually. All of your invoices will be available in the billing tab of your settings.

Users added/removed will be automatically pro-rated on your plan. You can learn more in our billing FAQs.

You’ll need to be an admin of the account to access/modify billing

  1. Sign into doozy.live.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Click the Billing.

  4. You’ll be taken to the billing dashboard where you can view your current subscription details and make any changes.

  5. If you wish to cancel your subscription, click on the Cancel Subscription button and follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation. Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of your current billing period.

  6. Your subscription modifications will take effect immediately, and you’ll be charged accordingly on your next billing cycle.

To ensure Doozy is cost effective for your team, we’ll only bill you for active users.

A user becomes active when any of these conditions become true:

  • They are in a channel with Doozy activities running such as Celebrations, Introductions and Daily Trivia

  • They receive content/introductions/celebrations from another user

  • They join a video call in a Doozy room

  • They are are an owner of the workspace

Active users are calculated based on the number of unique active users in a 30-day window.

You can disable users at any time and they won’t count towards your active users.

Doozy will bill you based on the number of active users in your team.

If you pay monthly, we’ll calculate the pro rata cost and bill/credit you the following month for the number of active users in the previous month.

If you pay annually, we’ll calculate the pro rata cost for the rest of the year, and bill you every month from when your subscription started if there are additional active users. If there are less active users, you’ll be credited the difference.

You can disable users at any time and they won’t count towards your active users.
