How to View Track Progress

To view the progress of a track, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Tracks in your application.
  2. Locate the active track you want to view progress for.
  3. Click the (ellipsis) button next to the track.
  4. Select 👁️ View Track from the dropdown menu.

Once selected, you will see all the steps within the track, along with the progress for users in each step.

Step Statuses

  • In Progress: The step is currently being worked on by the user.
  • Completed: The step has been successfully completed by the user.
  • Failed: The step was not completed successfully.
Note: Users may be in progress in multiple steps simultaneously if the steps are long-running. For example, a user may enter a quiz step, but this step will only be marked as completed once all questions have been sent to the user.

Downloading Track Progress Data

You can export track progress data as a CSV file for further analysis or reporting purposes. This is particularly useful for tracking user completion rates, identifying bottlenecks, and generating usage reports.

To download track progress data:

  1. While viewing the track progress (following the steps above), look for the Download as CSV button.
  2. Click the button to generate and download the CSV file.
  3. The file will contain detailed information including:
    • User names and identifiers
    • Manager name/Email
    • Department
    • Current step status for each user
    • Completion timestamps
    • Progress percentages
    • Step-by-step completion data

The exported CSV can be opened in spreadsheet applications like Excel or Google Sheets for detailed analysis of your track’s performance and user engagement.
