In Progress: The step is currently being worked on by the user.
Completed: The step has been successfully completed by the user.
Failed: The step was not completed successfully.
Note: Users may be in progress in multiple steps simultaneously if the steps are long-running. For example, a user may enter a quiz step, but this step will only be marked as completed once all questions have been sent to the user.
You can export track progress data as a CSV file for further analysis or reporting purposes. This is particularly useful for tracking user completion rates, identifying bottlenecks, and generating usage reports.To download track progress data:
While viewing the track progress (following the steps above), look for the Download as CSV button.
Click the button to generate and download the CSV file.
The file will contain detailed information including:
User names and identifiers
Manager name/Email
Department
Current step status for each user
Completion timestamps
Progress percentages
Step-by-step completion data
