👥 Role Types

RoleWhat They Can Do
AdminFull access — billing, integrations, users, all activities, and tracks
ManagerSchedule activities, create tracks, manage team dates (no billing/integrations/user management)
MemberParticipate in activities, schedule quizzes/surveys/trivia/icebreakers/custom celebrations
DisabledCannot participate in activities and are not billed

⚙️ Changing a User’s Role

  1. Go to doozy.live and sign in
  2. Navigate to SettingsMembers
  3. Find the team member
  4. Use the dropdown to select their role
  5. Changes save automatically

❓ FAQ

They lose access to all Doozy activities and are removed from billing. Their historical data (shoutouts, quiz results, etc.) is retained.
Yes — you can have as many admins as needed. All admins have equal permissions.
Members can schedule some activities (quizzes, surveys, trivia, icebreakers, custom celebrations). For full scheduling access, promote them to Manager.
