What is eNPS?
eNPS is calculated based on responses to a single question:“How likely are you to recommend [Organization] as an employer to others?”Employees respond on a scale of 0 to 10, and their responses are categorized as follows:
- Promoters (9-10): Highly loyal employees who are likely to recommend the organization.
- Passives (7-8): Neutral employees who are neither highly engaged nor disengaged.
- Detractors (0-6): Disengaged employees who may spread negative feedback.
How to Measure eNPS with Doozy
You can measure eNPS using Doozy polls or surveys. Both methods allow for completely anonymous responses.Using Polls
- Go to the Doozy app in Slack and click ’🚀 Start activity’.
- Choose ‘Create Poll’.
- Select the Employee NPS question type.
- Configure your poll settings, such as response time, anonymity, and recurrence.
- Post the poll in the desired Slack channel.
Using Surveys
- Go to the Doozy app in Slack and click ’🚀 Start activity’.
- Choose ‘Create Survey’.
- Add an Employee NPS question to your survey.
- Configure your survey settings, such as anonymity, response time, and recurrence.
- Schedule the survey to be sent to channels, individuals, or managers.
Viewing Results
To view the results of your eNPS poll or survey:- Go to the Doozy app in Slack.
- Navigate to Polls and Surveys.
- Click on your created poll or survey.
- Click the … next to it and select View Results.
- Pick the day you’d like to see results for, and you’ll be able to view all the data.
