What You Can Change
Opt-outs and skips
On a Doozy Roulette (group introduction), the detail page shows who has opted out, and each round shows who skipped it.These appear on Doozy Roulette introductions only. Individual introductions do not have them.
Opted out
The Opted out list shows members who have left the introduction permanently, alongside the date they opted out (most recent first).- Opt-out dates are recorded from the point this feature shipped. Anyone who opted out before then shows a dash instead of a date.
- If you can edit the introduction, each member has a Re-enable button. Re-enabling asks you to confirm, then adds the member back into matching from the next round. The member is not notified in Slack.
- If you can edit the introduction, Exclude someone lets you opt a person out yourself: pick a teammate and confirm, and they are excluded from matching until re-enabled. They are not notified in Slack.
Skipped rounds
A skip only excludes someone from a single round, so skips are shown on the round itself, not in a separate list:- On the introduction detail page, a round that had anyone skip it shows an N skipped count; expand the round to see who.
- The introduction’s Report has a Skipped table listing who skipped each round, so you can see skips across the whole history in one place.
