Introduction analytics
Learn how to view match analytics for Doozy introductions functionality, such as Doozy Roulette.
To view data about who was introduced to each other, follow these steps:
- Open Slack and navigate to the Doozy Slack App.
- Click on Introductions. Here, you’ll see the list of active introductions.
- For each introduction:
- Click the … menu.
- Select View Matches.
Match Analytics View
- This view displays all the listings for each round of groupings.
- Click Show Groups to see:
- All the groups created.
- High-level participation numbers.
Exporting Results
- Click Download CSV to export the results.
- The exported data is enriched with information from your HRIS, such as department and manager details.
Introduction terminology
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Matched participant | A participant who was successfully matched with another for an introduction. |
| Skipped participant | A participant who was not matched during the introduction process. |
| Meeting scheduled | A group who was matched and successfully scheduled a meeting via Doozy. |
| No meeting scheduled | A group who was matched but did not schedule a meeting. |
