📋 How It Works
Automated Celebrations (Birthdays & Anniversaries)
- Set up once → Choose channel, message, and timing
- Dates sync automatically → From your HRIS or added manually
- Doozy posts on the day → Celebratory message appears in your chosen channel
- Team can sign cards → Add personalized messages, GIFs, and videos
Manager Notifications
Managers can opt to receive a heads-up one week before a team member’s celebration. This gives time to:- Create a card for the team to sign
- Plan any additional recognition
- Ensure nothing slips through the cracks
Custom Celebrations
For non-recurring moments, anyone can create a one-off card:- Leaving cards for departing colleagues
- Welcome cards for new hires
- Congratulations for promotions or achievements
- Get-well soon cards
- Share with the whole team or just selected signers
