Completed: The quiz has been successfully finished by the participant
In Progress: The participant has started but not yet completed the quiz
Not Started: The quiz has been assigned but not yet attempted
Note: Participants may show as “In Progress” if they have started the quiz but haven’t completed all questions. The quiz will only be marked as completed once all questions have been answered.
You can export quiz results as CSV files for further analysis or reporting purposes. This is particularly useful for tracking participant completion rates, analyzing response patterns, and generating detailed usage reports.To download quiz results data:

Access download options
While viewing quiz results (following the steps above), look for the Download as CSV button.

Choose your export format
Select from available download options:
Basic results - Summary data and scores
Detailed results - Complete response data with timestamps and participant information

Generate and download
Click the button to generate and download the CSV file.
The exported CSV file will contain detailed information including:
User names and identifiers
Manager name/Email
Department
Individual question responses and scores
Completion timestamps
Progress percentages
Question-by-question completion data
Response patterns and analytics
The exported CSV can be opened in spreadsheet applications like Excel or Google Sheets for detailed analysis of your quiz’s performance and participant engagement.
If you have a custom quiz scheduled in Slack, you can access the results directly from Slack by going to ‘Doozy’ > ‘Manage activities’ > Select the relevant custom quiz > ‘Results’
