Quiz step - Doozy Help

A Quiz step sends a quiz in Slack. It supports multiple-choice and typed-answer questions and works in both track types.

Set it up

Add a Quiz step.
Choose a quiz from your library or create one.
Choose the recipients and add an optional introduction message.
Set the delivery method, day and send time.
Configure reminders or deadlines if needed.

A library quiz can be used in several tracks. Editing it updates every place it’s used.

Delivery and completion

Choose to send all questions together or spread them across days, where supported by the selected destination.

Setting	Effect
Mandatory completion	Recipients can’t dismiss the quiz.
Reminders	Remind people at the selected interval, for the selected window.
Mark as overdue	Show an overdue badge after the chosen delay; answers are still accepted.
Stop accepting answers	Close the quiz after the chosen delay.

Reminders stop when the quiz is completed, its reminder window ends or it expires.

Results

Open the step’s report to see participation, scores and question results. A delivered quiz has been sent; check its results to see whether people finished it. See Quiz results and Steps and recipients.
