Track steps arrive in Slack as direct messages or channel posts, depending on the recipients chosen by the track admin. Email steps arrive by email.

Messages and activities

A mentor assignment can be followed by messages to you, your mentor or both. The track admin chooses what the pair receives.

Find unfinished work

Open the Doozy App Home in Slack to find your outstanding quizzes, surveys, tasks and introductions. Use each item’s button to continue or complete it. Steps may arrive over several days or weeks. An open activity doesn’t necessarily stop later steps from arriving.

View your tracks

In the App Home, select Tracks, then open a track under Enrolled Tracks to see your progress. Self-join tracks also appear here when you choose to join one. Broadcasts send to their chosen audience without enrolling each recipient in a personal track.

Get help or leave

Contact a track admin if you have a question, need a different mentor or want to leave. Removing an enrollment stops future steps and cancels its outstanding activities. Messages already sent stay in Slack history.
