Overview
To authenticate Dayforce HCM (formerly Ceridian Dayforce HCM) using your credentials, you will need to provide the following information:- Company ID
- Username
- Password
Prerequisites
Please ensure that you update the Role that you are configuring for the integration to be the Default role. To change a Role to become your Default:- Go to System Admin > User
- Find the User you want to update (typically your own User)
- Click on the User and select the “Is Default” checkbox for the Role you will be configuring

Enable the fields Doozy needs:
| Data Needed | Fields to Enable |

| Names | FirstName, LastName, CommonName |
| Managers | Right-click “Employee managers” → Select All |
| Employment Status | Right-click “Employment Statuses” → Select All; Right-click “Employment Status Group” → Select All |
| Locations | Right-click “Locations” → Select All |
| Contact Info | Enable “Contacts” and “Addresses” (and all child nodes) |
| Start/Hire Date | StartDate, HireDate, OriginalHireDate |
| Groups/Teams | Enable OrgUnits and OrgUnitInfos |
| Time Off (optional) | Enable RESTful Services > Human Resources > Workforce Management > EmployeeTimeAwayFromWork |
| Birthday (optional) | BirthDate |
Step 4: Configure Org-Level Access
Enter Credentials into Doozy
You must be a Doozy admin to connect an HRIS integration.
Go to the Doozy web app.
Navigate to Workspace Settings → Integrations → HRIS.
