Getting Started
To set up a Schedule trigger:- Go to doozy.live/app and open Tracks
- Create a new track
- Select Schedule as your trigger type
- Choose your frequency and timing
- Select your user source (channels, departments, etc.)
- Configure any advanced filters
- Set up your track content and steps
- Save and activate your track
One-off schedules
Set the frequency toonce to schedule one run at the configured start date and time.
The read-only next_run_at field contains the next scheduled run time. It is null when no future run is scheduled, including for draft or paused tracks and after Doozy finishes processing a one-off schedule. Updating other track fields does not schedule another run. To schedule another run, change the start date, time, or time zone.
