Manual User triggers give you the flexibility to create highly targeted, personalized experiences that achieve specific organizational goals while maintaining complete control over participation.

Configuration Tips

  1. Plan Your Selection: Clearly define who should participate and why
  2. Prepare Communications: Draft invitation messages that explain the value
  3. Set Expectations: Be clear about time commitments and objectives
  4. Monitor Engagement: Track who’s participating and follow up with non-participants
  5. Document Results: Keep records of what works for future reference

Connect your HRIS (like Workday, BambooHR, or Personio) to ensure you have accurate department and role data when manually selecting users for your tracks.
