The Tasks step sends an interactive checklist to recipients. Users can mark tasks as complete or ignore non-applicable items. Perfect for onboarding checklists, IT setup, training requirements, and manager action items.

Task List

Add one or more tasks using the rich text editor. Each task supports:
  • Bold, italics, links, and formatting
  • Placeholders ({{user}}, {{manager}}, {{mentor}})
  • Reordering via the overflow menu
At least one task is required.

Recipients can:
  • Mark complete: Check off finished tasks
  • Ignore: Skip non-applicable tasks
Tasks are non-blocking. The track continues regardless of task completion.

  1. Keep tasks actionable: Use clear verbs like โ€œCompleteโ€, โ€œReviewโ€, โ€œScheduleโ€
  2. Include links: Make it easy to find resources
  3. Order logically: Sequence tasks in completion order
  4. Donโ€™t overload: 5-7 tasks per checklist is ideal
  5. Route appropriately: IT tasks โ†’ IT team, manager tasks โ†’ manager
