Overview

To connect Charlie, you will need to provide the following information:
  • Client ID
  • Client Secret

Prerequisites

  • You have Administrator permissions in your company’s Charlie instance

Step 1: Access Your Client ID and Secret

Log in to Charlie.

Click on 'Integrations' on the left side.

Click on 'API Keys'.

Generate the Client ID and Client Secret for your Charlie account.

Copy and safely store both the Client ID and Client Secret. If you’ve previously generated credentials, retrieve the Client Secret from your HR or IT team who saved it.

Enter Credentials into Doozy

You must be a Doozy admin to connect an HRIS integration.

Go to the Doozy web app.

Navigate to Workspace Settings → Integrations → HRIS.

Choose Charlie as the HRIS you want to connect.

Client ID: Enter the Client ID from Step 1.

Client Secret: Enter the Client Secret from Step 1.

Click Submit.
