Overview

To connect Namely, you will need to provide the following information:
  • Namely Subdomain
  • API Key (Personal Access Token)

Prerequisites

  • You have Administrator permissions in your company’s Namely instance

Step 1: Enter Your Namely Subdomain

Your subdomain is the first part of your Namely URL. For example, if you sign in at acme.namely.com, your subdomain is acme.

Step 2: Create an API Key

Log in to your Namely account.

Under the Admin dropdown, click on 'API'.

Click on the 'Personal Access Tokens' tab in the upper left.

Name your access token (e.g., 'Doozy Integration') and click 'Create'.

Copy your personal access token.

The access token is only shown once. Make sure to save it securely.

Enter Credentials into Doozy

You must be a Doozy admin to connect an HRIS integration.

Go to the Doozy web app.

Navigate to Workspace Settings → Integrations → HRIS.

Choose Namely as the HRIS you want to connect.

Subdomain: Enter your Namely subdomain from Step 1.

API Key: Enter the personal access token from Step 2.

Click Submit.
