Overview

To connect TriNet HR Platform, you will need to provide the following information:
  • API Token

Prerequisites

  • You have Admin permissions in your company’s TriNet instance

Step 1: Generate Your API Key

Log in to TriNet.

Open 'Company Profile' under Admin Apps.

Click on 'Custom Integrations'.

Under 'Rest API Access', click 'Add Token'.

Configure the permissions you want to grant.

Make sure to check the items under “People” that are relevant for Doozy.

Click 'Save'.

Step 2: Copy Your API Token

Click on the 'eye' icon to reveal the API Token.

Copy the token value.

Enter Credentials into Doozy

You must be a Doozy admin to connect an HRIS integration.

Go to the Doozy web app.

Navigate to Workspace Settings → Integrations → HRIS.

Choose TriNet HR Platform as the HRIS you want to connect.

API Token: Enter the token from Step 2.

Click Submit.
