Overview

This guide will walk you through connecting your Freshteam account to Doozy to sync employee data.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:
  • Access to your company’s Freshteam instance

Credentials Required

  • Subdomain - Your Freshteam subdomain
  • API Key

Steps

Step 1: Find Your Subdomain

Your subdomain is the prefix in your Freshteam URL, between https:// and .freshteam.com. For example, if your URL is https://acme.freshteam.com, your subdomain is acme.

Step 2: Find Your API Key

  1. Log in to Freshteam
  2. Hover over your profile image in the top right corner
  3. Select API Key from the dropdown menu
  4. Copy the API key

Enter Credentials into Doozy

You must be a workspace admin to connect an HRIS integration.
  1. Navigate to Workspace Settings
  2. Click Integrations in the sidebar
  3. Select HRIS
  4. Choose Freshteam from the list of providers
  5. Enter your Subdomain
  6. Enter your API Key
  7. Click Connect to complete the integration
