Overview
To connect Darwinbox, you will need to obtain the following information from your Darwinbox representative:- Username
- Password
- API Key and Dataset Key for All Active Employees
- API Key and Dataset Key for All Inactive Employees
Prerequisites
- Contact your Darwinbox representative to request API credentials
Step 1: Contact Your Darwinbox Rep

Reach out to your Darwinbox representative to request the following:
- Username
- Password
- API Key and Dataset Key for All Active Employees
- API Key and Dataset Key for All Inactive Employees

Request that the following fields be enabled for their masterapi:
These fields enable Doozy to access employee data such as name, department, job title, start date, and more.
Enter Credentials into Doozy
You must be a Doozy admin to connect an HRIS integration.

Go to the Doozy web app.
Navigate to Workspace Settings → Integrations → HRIS.

Choose Darwinbox as the HRIS you want to connect.

Enter the Username and Password.

Enter the API Keys and Dataset Keys for active and inactive employees.

Click Submit.
