Overview

To connect Kallidus, you will need to provide the following information:
  • Subdomain
  • API Key

Prerequisites

  • You have access to your Kallidus account with Integrations permissions

Step 1: Find Your Subdomain

Your subdomain is the first part of your Kallidus URL. For example, if your URL is company-name.saplingapp.io, your subdomain is company-name.
Do not enter the full URL — just the subdomain portion.

Step 2: Create an API Key

Log in to your Kallidus account.

Navigate to 'Integrations'.

Open 'API Keys' and click 'Create New Key'.

Copy the API Key and give it a name.

Click 'Save'.

The API Key is only shown once. Make sure to save it securely.

Enter Credentials into Doozy

You must be a Doozy admin to connect an HRIS integration.

Go to the Doozy web app.

Navigate to Workspace Settings → Integrations → HRIS.

Choose Kallidus as the HRIS you want to connect.

Subdomain: Enter your Kallidus subdomain from Step 1.

API Key: Enter the API Key from Step 2.

Click Submit.
