Overview

This guide will walk you through connecting your Sage HR account to Doozy to sync employee data.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:
  • Administrator or Manager permissions in your company’s Sage HR instance

Credentials Required

  • Subdomain - Your Sage HR subdomain
  • API Key

Steps

Step 1: Find Your Subdomain

Your subdomain is the prefix in your Sage HR URL. For example, if your URL is https://overlookhotel.sage.hr, your subdomain is overlookhotel.

Step 2: Find Your API Key

  1. Log in to Sage HR
  2. Click your name in the top right corner
  3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu
  4. Click Integrations in the left-hand menu
  5. Select API from the dropdown
  6. Copy the API key

Enter Credentials into Doozy

You must be a workspace admin to connect an HRIS integration.
  1. Navigate to Workspace Settings
  2. Click Integrations in the sidebar
  3. Select HRIS
  4. Choose Sage HR from the list of providers
  5. Enter your Subdomain
  6. Enter your API Key
  7. Click Connect to complete the integration
