Overview
This guide will walk you through connecting your TriNet account to Doozy to sync employee data.Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have:- Integration Administrator access in your company’s TriNet instance
Credentials Required
- Company ID
- Client ID
- Client Secret
Steps
Step 1: Access the TriNet Integration Center
- Sign in to TriNet
- Navigate to Admin•Manager → Integration Center
- Click Get Started from the TriNet API section of Available Apps
Step 2: Generate API Credentials
- Select the applicable integration name from the Select an Integration dropdown
- Click Accept to agree to the terms
If you don’t see the company you’re attempting to integrate with in the dropdown, contact your TriNet account manager.
Step 3: Copy Your Credentials
- Copy the Company ID, Client ID, and Client Secret
- Store these credentials securely
- Click OK to complete the setup
Enter Credentials into Doozy
You must be a workspace admin to connect an HRIS integration.
- Navigate to Workspace Settings
- Click Integrations in the sidebar
- Select HRIS
- Choose TriNet from the list of providers
- Enter your Company ID
- Enter your Client ID
- Enter your Client Secret
- Click Connect to complete the integration
