Overview

This guide will walk you through connecting your HR Partner account to Doozy to sync employee data.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:
  • Administrator access to your company’s HR Partner instance

Steps

Step 1: Enable API Access

  1. Log into HR Partner as an admin
  2. Click Setup in the left navigation bar
  3. Expand the Setup menu, go to Configure, and click Integrations
  4. At the top of the integrations page, ensure Enable API Access for external applications is checked

Step 2: Copy Your API Token

  1. On the same Integrations page, locate your API Token
  2. Copy the API Token and store it securely

Enter Credentials into Doozy

You must be a workspace admin to connect an HRIS integration.
  1. Navigate to Workspace Settings
  2. Click Integrations in the sidebar
  3. Select HRIS
  4. Choose HR Partner from the list of providers
  5. Enter your API Key
  6. Click Connect to complete the integration
